Pricing on this page pertains to our Handyman services only.
We charge $65.00 per hour with a one hour minimum for any work performed.
A flat rate jobsite service call charge of $35.00 will be billed for all estimates at properties within our service area. This charge is applicable towards any work performed. Additional mileage will be charged for service calls and estimates outside of our service area at a rate of $1.50 per one way mileage. This charge is not applicable towards any work performed. Billing hours are accumulated at 15 minute increments.

FAUCET REPLACEMENT - 1 HOUR
INSTALL CEILING FAN WITH EXISTING WIRING AND SUPPORT - 2 HOURS
REPLACE A DOOR WITH NEW - 3 HOURS
FIX EXISTING SAGGING GATE AND REALIGN LATCH - 1 HOUR
